How we started
The company began when the owner worked construction in Little Rock and watched crews lose hours waiting for sanitation service. He rented a standard unit, took it to the site himself and realized a faster local operation could outpace national chains. That became Little Rock Porta Pros. We've delivered over 8,000 units in the Little Rock area, learned what breaks and what lasts, and built a service model around same-day and next-day availability instead of a two-week pipeline. Our fleet is maintained in-house. Every unit leaves our shop cleaned and checked.
What we rent
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, making it the baseline for most jobs. Deluxe units have a flushing mechanism and a hand soap dispenser. ADA accessible toilets meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for cluster placement, with a 36 inch minimum clear width per ADA Standards section 403.5.1 and a 32 inch clear door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3. We also stock restroom trailers for events and film sets that need multiple stalls, hot water and climate control. Roll-off dumpsters handle demolition and renovation debris. Storage containers sit on your lot for 30 days or 30 months. Temporary fencing protects jobsites and crowds. Handwashing stations meet the requirement in 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) that facilities be stocked with soap and towels or a hand drying device.

Why general contractors call us
We answer the phone in Little Rock. Most national competitors route calls to a regional center 200 miles away and your delivery shows up whenever. We quote same-day or next-day service instead. If a toilet clogs on a Saturday, we come back Saturday. If a dumpster fills early, we swap it the next morning. We also know what OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) actually requires: for 20 workers or fewer you need 1 toilet; for 20 to 40 workers you need 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers; and at 200 or more workers you need 1 seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers. We help you size the job right. Septic pumping in Little Rock runs through our own trucks on a schedule that fits residential pumping every 3 to 5 years. Construction site services often bundle multiple rentals, and event restroom rental calls for different math: we've handled weddings, festivals and outdoor markets across central Arkansas. Clients in Bryant 13.7 miles southwest, Sherwood 18.3 miles northeast and Benton 18.8 miles southwest call us because we're faster than waiting for a chain truck to arrive from out of state.
How much does a portable toilet cost per day?
Standard units run 100 to 350 dollars per day depending on duration and delivery, with weekly and monthly discounts built in. A porta potty per day rental is most expensive on weekends. Longer rentals drop the daily rate. Call for a same-day quote and we'll size the cost to your timeline.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Yes. A monthly porta potty rental drops the per-day cost because we service on a standard schedule. We pump every week under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline service for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week. Monthly pricing reflects that predictability.
What's the difference between a standard and deluxe unit?
A standard unit has a gravity flush, hand sanitizer and a seat. A deluxe unit adds a flushing mechanism powered by the tank system and a soap dispenser instead of sanitizer. Both are ADA compliant if ordered as accessible models. Deluxe costs more per day but lasts longer on a jobsite.
Do you serve farms and agricultural operations?
Yes. Farm operations need farm and agricultural restrooms that meet potable water and handwashing standards under OSHA 1928.110, which requires one facility per 20 hand-labor employees within a quarter mile walk. We place units and pump on schedule.
Can you handle emergency calls?
Yes. Call for emergency porta potty rental and we dispatch same-day when possible. Emergency septic service also runs 24 hours. We keep reserve stock and trucks staffed for this. Tell us the address and the count and we'll move fast.
